Food Vendor Registration - 2024 Rev Alaska

Food vendors, our goal will be to get your company out in front of as many people as possible. The full-day event will have many components designed to attract auto enthusiasts, families, and attractions from all over the state. Your name will be on display for all to see as they enjoy the day!  Space is limited so register today!

TERMS OF AGREEMENT - Rev Alaska Vendors and Food Trucks

A ‘vendor’ is defined as any group that intends to sell, advertise or provide a product or service.  

Each vendor receives:

10 outside(silver) or 10 inside (gold)  feet of linear space for a booth/table (or appropriate space needed for a food truck)

Recognition on Rev Alaska Facebook page, website, and DJ announcements during the event.  

Vendors agree to bring their own signage, tents and/or tables needed.  While we look forward to a sunny day please plan your area for possible rain.

PAYMENT IS REQUIRED IN FULL PRIOR TO THE EVENT. 

POWER WILL NEED TO BE PROVIDED BY EACH VENDOR/TRUCK IF NEEDED.

A COPY OF YOUR BUSINESS LICENSE AND DEC FOOD PERMIT ARE REQUIRED BEFORE YOUR SPACE IS FINALIZED

Food Truck Vendors agree to provide 2 meal coupons for Rev Alaska event workers.  Meal coupons should be given to Tehmi Reynolds, Coordinator before the start of the event.  Food vendors will not have access to power so the unit must be self-contained.

General Conduct:

Rev Alaska welcomes all vendors who agree to maintain a family-friendly, safe, orderly, and respectful environment.

Noise is to be kept at a reasonable level, including engine noise and music.  

Dogs or other animals are not allowed on the Menard Sports Center grounds. The only exception is service animals wearing the appropriate gear and documentation must be provided if requested.

Alcohol or any other drugs (legal or illegal) are not permitted for sale or consumption.

Lewd, inappropriate, or otherwise obnoxious language or behavior is not permitted.

Clothing and other advertisements must be family-friendly and free from anything that promotes crime, alcohol, drugs, tobacco or discrimination against or persecution of any particular group, gender, religion, culture, or sexual orientation.

The contact on the entry form is aware that this is a family-friendly event, and agrees to communicate the terms of the agreement to their members/employees/volunteers.   Any vendor whose members/employees/volunteers do not adhere to these terms may be asked to leave at any time, and could be at risk of forfeiting participation in future events.  

WAIVER OF LIABILITY

On behalf of the entire group/vendor/business participating in Rev Alaska, I assume all risk of bodily injury, property damage, and personal damage that may occur by participating in Rev Alaska and, for myself/ourselves, their heirs, executors, and administrators, do hereby forever waive and release any and all claims against and agree to hold harmless Rev Alaska, Menard Sports Center, their committee, sponsors and volunteers, and the City of Wasilla with their respective officers, employees, agents, representatives, volunteers, successors or assigns any kind from any and all claims which may be made for any cause whatsoever arising as a result of participation. Further, I hereby consent to allow my picture or likeness to appear in any official document, news release, sponsor advertisement and, or television and radio coverage of the events within or as part of Rev Alaska, and grant permission to use and, or publish photographic portraits, or pictures, video or film of me in which I may be included in whole, part, composite or reproductions thereof in black and white and, or color or otherwise made through any media now known, for art, advertising trade or any other similar lawful purposes whatsoever, including the publicity and promotion of this event itself, excluding commercial use of or by marketing sponsors.
